Four moments, one home. It starts with coffee and freshly baked brioche, then home cooking at lunch, and an evening cocktail at the outdoor tables.
Every morning at five thirty, Virginia's father lights the oven and starts kneading. Sourdough, good olive oil, coarse salt — the same recipe he's always made.
Out of the oven around eight. Warm at the counter for breakfast, on the table beside the pasta at lunch, still warm on the aperitivo board. It's the thread that holds the day together.
By 7 the first bake is already on the counter: brioche, girelle, veneziane and fagottini, warm and straight out of the oven. The cappuccino comes while you choose. It's our way of saying good morning, every day.

Two pasta dishes changed daily, a main course, sides and salads. Simple recipes made like at home, served at the table.
A drink of your choice, made the right way, and the aperitivo plate to go with it: cured meats, pizza and focaccia, frittata and snacks. We put it together a little differently every day, with whatever's good. In summer, outdoor tables.
